Aseara au fost anuntate nominalizarile la mult ravnitele premii MTV Video Music Awards (MTV VMA) 2011.

Katy Perry si Adele au obtinut cele mai multe nominalizari la editia din acest an a premiilor MTV VMA, noua, respectiv sapte.

Cele doua cantarete vor concura impreuna pentru sapte trofee, inclusiv pentru Videoclipul anului, Cel mai bun videoclip al unei artiste si Cel mai bun videoclip pop.

Marea castigatoare de anul trecut, Lady GaGa, n-a obtinut decat trei nominalizari la MTV VMA 2011, la categorii precum Cel mai bun videoclip al unei artiste si Cea mai buna coregrafie.

Premiile MTV VMA 2011 se vor decerna pe 28 august, in cadrul unei cermonii la Nokia Theatre din Los Angeles.

Organizatorii vor anunta la sfarsitul acestei luni numele artistilor care vor canta la eveniment.
