EAST OF THE WALL from New Jersey.The band formed after the demise of THE POSTMAN SYNDROME and concentrated on their instrumental power first. I highly recommend the song "Winter Breath" from their current album "Farmer's Almanac". Just listen to that guitar work! Recently Denovali Records released their split with ROSETTA and YEAR OF NO LIGHT, and in July their second album "Ressentiment" will see the light of day through Translation Loss Records. That record will feature vocals again, free from any cliches and being a pleasant alternative to the instrumental prequel. Two new songs from the album are up on their website.3 guitars like Neurosis or Isis.

RADARE were founded after the band ACTRESS called it quits in 2009 and are probably one of THE high hopes for post-metal and doom in Germany. While others copy not only their idols but also themselves, Radare sound somehow new and fresh. The band may be the perfect symbiosis of Neurosis, Earth and Bohren & der Club of Gore, with few electronical parts and breath-taking drum work. In their short existance they already shared the stage with God Is An Astronaut, This Will Destroy, Long Distance Calling, Junius, Tephra and will also support Bohren & der Club of Gore on April 18th. Their debut album "Infinite Regress" was released by Shark Men Records and I Corrupt Records in March and has already received great feedback by press and audiences.
